Unfortunately, this can seem like a near-impossible task sometimes... There is just so much going on and so many distractions stealing your audience's attention! Standing out from the crowd is something that even the big brands struggle with, so don't worry.

One of the reasons that I focus on coaching clients on SIMPLE self-care and marketing SANITY, is because if you focus on your foundation, and build on a solid strategy, there are tons of things you can do to grow loyal customers in your business!

In fact, even when you're working in a network marketing business, there are a number of things you can do on your own.

Easy Tips To Build Customer Loyalty

Here are some simple things to keep in mind, when it comes to building customer loyalty:

  • They already like small businesses: Studies continue to show that people are far more likely to be loyal to small businesses than to large ones. In other words, if you think that as a small business, you have nothing to offer, think again!
  • Emphasize Personality: At the end of the day, it comes down to building a relationship between your customers and your brand. Are you clearly representing your own personality in your brand? Do your target customers get a sense of what it's going to be like to work with you by engaging with your brand?
  • Don’t stretch yourself too thin: Do you have a website, a blog, and a ton of social media hubs? Customers need to feel like they’re engaging with real people, so keep your sanity and budget intact by building customer loyalty and relationships on a few platforms that you enjoy and where your customers engage. Focus on one or two social media sites and keep the blog posts to once a week.
  • Provide unique solutions: Customers tend to be loyal to businesses that treat them like valued people. Whenever customers bring questions, comments, or even some concerns to your attention, respect the input and provide a timely answer - even on social media!
